Brigadier General (res.) Dr. Meir Finkel

Brigadier General (res.) Finkel has served as commander of the Dado Center 2014-2019. During his military service, Finkel commanded armored units, including the Chariots of Steel Brigade during the Second Lebanon War. He was also the head of the Army Concepts and Combat Doctrine Department for seven years. Finkel has a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from Haifa University, and a PhD in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.
