In recent months, troops of the 210th Division, including the 474th Brigade, the 810th Brigade, and the Paratroopers Brigade, have been operating in Syria with the goal of maintaining the security of the citizens of the State of Israel, and the residents of the Golan Heights in particular.
The division's troops carry out nightly targeted raids and confiscate enemy weapons dating back to the former Syrian regime. The troops remain deployed at front line positions even during the Passover holiday.
