A One-Kilometer-Long Underground Tunnel Route Dismantled in the Gaza Strip

Troops of the 252nd Division are continuing targeted operations to expand the security perimeter in northern and central Gaza.
As part of the activity, Yahalom Unit troops under the command of the 252nd Division dismantled a one-kilometer-long underground tunnel route belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization. In an additional activity, the troops located a workshop used for producing rockets and launchers.
So far, the division’s troops have eliminated over 50 terrorists.
IDF troops will continue to operate against terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip in order to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.
