Ready for Any Scenario – A Series of Exercises and Activities by the IAF and the Judea and Samaria Division

Last night (Tuesday), the Judea and Samaria Division, in cooperation with the IAF, conducted counterterrorism operations in the ‘Arura area in Judea and Samaria and carried out a series of helicopter-borne exercises in the sector, focused on readiness for extreme scenarios.
As part of the exercise, the troops operated against dozens of targets. In parallel, helicopter-borne exercises were conducted throughout Judea and Samaria, focusing on improving the operational readiness of the soldiers through coordination between ground troops and the IAF.
The troops trained for a variety of scenarios simulating emergency situations: helicopter evacuation, rapid deployment to combat zones, and precise aerial support for troops on the ground.
In the communities near Tulkarm, the troops practiced a scenario involving the helicopter evacuation of wounded soldiers.
