Mohammed Khamis Dababash

senior Hamas operative, formerly Hamas' Head of Military Intelligence

Over the last two years, he was the secretary of Zakaria Abu Maamar, Hamas' Head of International Relations in the Political Bureau, who was also Hamas' representative at the Summit of the National and Islamic Factions in the Gaza Strip. Khamis was involved in the directing of the terror attack in the community of Atsmona in March 2002, during which five Israelis were murdered. The terror attack was led by Mohammed Sinwar, Wael Nasser, and Taysir Mubasher.

Yaakub A'ashur

Head of the Anti-Tank Missile Array of Hamas' Khan Yunis Brigade

Yaakub A'ashur was a battalion commander and was later promoted to the Head of the Anti-Tank Missile Array of Hamas' Khan Yunis Brigade. He took part in the planning and execution of attacks against IDF soldiers.

Ahmed Siam

Company commander of Hamas' Naser Radwan Company

Siam held hostage approximately 1000 Gazan residents at the Rantisi Hospital and prevented them from evacuating southwards for their safety.

Ahmed Siam was eliminated while hiding in the "al Buraq" school, where additional terrorists under this command were also hiding and were killed. Ahmed Siam demonstrates once again that Hamas uses the civilians of the Gaza Strip as human shields for terrorist purposes.

Ibrahim Abu-Maghsib

Head of Hamas’ Anti-Tank Missile Unit in the Central Camps Brigade

As part of his position, Maghsib directed and carried out numerous anti-tank missile launches directed at Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.

Mohsen Abu Zina

Hamas' Head of Weapons and Industries in its manufacturing department

As part of his role, Mohsen Abu Zina served as one of Hamas’ leading weapons developers and was an expert in developing strategic weapons and rockets used by Hamas terrorists.

Wael Asefa

Commander of Hamas’ Deir al-Balah Battalion in the Central Camps Brigade

Wael Asefa. Asefa, together with others commanders of the Central Camps Brigade, was responsible for sending Hamas Nukhba terrorists into Israeli territory during the barbaric massacre on October 7th. Following the massacre, he planned additional terrorist attacks.

Wael Asefa was imprisoned between 1992-1998 for his involvement in terrorist attacks against Israeli communities and has been involved in the incitement and promotion of terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers for decades.

Mustafa Dalul

Commander of Hamas’ Sabra Tel al-Hawa Battalion

since the beginning of the war Dalul took a central part in managing the combat against IDF troops in Gaza. In recent years, Dalul held a number of positions in the Hamas battalion and the terrorist organization's Gaza Brigade.

Muhammad A'sar

Head of Hamas’ Anti-Tank Missile Unit in Gaza

A'sar was responsible for all of Hamas’ anti-tank missile units throughout Gaza, commanded the units in routine and assisted their activity in emergencies.

Under his command, numerous anti-tank missile attacks were carried out against civilians and IDF soldiers.

Ibrahim Biari

Commander of Hamas' Central Jabaliya Battalion

Biari was one of the leaders responsible for sending “Nukbha” terrorist operatives to Israel to carry out the murderous terror attack on October 7th. Numerous Hamas terrorists were hit in the strike.

Biari oversaw all military operations in the northern Gaza Strip since the IDF entered. He was also responsible for sending the terrorists who carried out the 2004 terrorist attack in the Ashdod Port in which 13 Israelis were murdered, and was responsible for directing rocket fire at Israel, and advancing numerous attacks against the IDF, over the last two decades.

Nasim Abu Ajina

 Commander of the Beit Lahia Battalion of Hamas' Northern Brigade

Directed the massacre on October 7th in Kibbutz Erez and Moshav Netiv HaAsara. In the past, Abu Ajina commanded Hamas' Aerial Array, and took part in the development of the UAVs and paragliders of the terrorist organization.

Asem Abu Rakba

Head of Hamas' Aerial Array

Rakba oversaw the operation of the UAVs, drones, paragliders and aerial defense of the Hamas terrorist organization. According to IDF and ISA intelligence, Rakba  took part in the planning of the October 7th Massacre in the towns of southern Israel, and directed the paragliders invasion and attack on IDF posts on October 7th.

Ayman Nofel

Head of Hamas' Central Camps Brigade & Former Head of Military Intelligence

 Nofel directed Hamas rocket fire toward civilian areas, dealt with weapons manufacturing and development and participated in the planning and execution of many terror attacks, as well as in the  planning of Gilad Shalit's capture. Nofel was one of Hamas' most dominant figures and was close confidant of Mohammed Deif.

Shadi Barud

Head of Hamas' Military Intelligence

Barud held several positions in Hamas' military intelligence, and was responsible for information security and intelligence relations for Hamas.

In his previous role as the Head of the Fire Control Center in Hamas' Operations Unit, Barud planned the barbaric October 7th invasion and massacre together with Yahya Sinwar. Barud had previously served as Hamas' battalion commander in Khan Yunis and was responsible for planning numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians.

Rateb Abu Sahiban

Commander of the Gaza Brigade's Naval Forces

Sahiban was responsible for Hamas' attempted naval invasion to the area of the Zikim Beach on October 24th.

Zachariah Abu Ma’amar

Head of the International Relations Office in the Hamas Political Bureau

Ma’amar was responsible for Hamas’ internal communications and coordination between terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip. He was also known to be a close confidant of Hamas’ leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar.

Joad Abu Shmalah

The Hamas Minister of Economy in the Gaza Strip

Shmalah was responsible for the hundreds of millions of dollars Hamas received annually and invested them in funding and directing terrorist activity against civilians within and outside the Gaza Strip.

Belal Alqadra

The Commander of the Nukhba Southern Khan Yunis Assault Company

Alqadra himself was largely responsible for the massacre of innocent Israeli women, children and men in the Kibbutzim Nirim and Nir Oz, carried out on October 7th.

Muhammad Abu Shamla

Senior Hamas Naval Operative in the Rafah Brigade

Abu Shamla was an operative in Hamas’ Nukhba forces, and his residence was used to store naval weapons designated to carry out attacks against Israelis.

Ali Qadi

Commander of Hamas’ Nukhba Jabalya Assault Company

Hamas’ Nukhba forces led the brutal massacre of Israeli civilians in communities surrounding the Gaza Strip on October 7th. Furthermore, in 2005, Qadi was apprehended after the kidnapping and murder of Israeli civilians and was released as part of the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange.

Jamal Mussa

Responsible for the special security operations in the Hamas terrorist organization

In 1993, Jamal Mussa carried out a shooting attack on IDF soldiers who were patrolling Gaza.

Ahmed Musa

Compay Commander in Hamas' Nukhba forces

one of the commanders of the invasion into the Zikim Base, Kibbutz Zikim, and the Yiftach Post. Over the last day, (10.11-11.10) he led attacks against IDF troops in the area of western Jabalya.

Omar Al-Hindi

Platoon commander in Hamas' Nukhba forces.

participated in the October 7th massacre.

Haitham Khuwajari

Commander of Hamas’ Shati Battalion

Under his command, Hamas terrorists carried out raids into Israeli territory during the invasion and massacre in southern Israel on October 7. Khuwajari secured Hamas terrorist activity in the Shifa Hospital and was in command of Hamas’ forces fighting in the Shati area. He was also responsible for carrying out numerous acts of terrorism against Israelis.

Muhammad Zahed

A prominent terrorist in the city of Nablus.

Zahed was involved in shooting attacks in the area of Nablus and planned further terror activity. One of the significant terror attacks he was involved in includes a shooting attack on April 2023 in Jerusalem, which wounded two Israeli civilians. Zahed took part in the hostile terror activity in the Balata Camp and founded a terrorist cell composed of the camp's youth, which he armed with explosives and weapons for terror activities against IDF soldiers entering the camp. In the past, he carried out shooting attacks against IDF soldiers, sent terrorists to carry out terror attacks and rallied the camp against IDF forces. In addition, Zahed received weapons and funds to further terror attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers and began to produce explosives for the battalion.

Ahmed Ghandour

Commander of Hamas' Northern Gaza Brigade

As commander of one of the five regional brigades in the Gaza Strip, Ghandour was responsible for directing all Hamas' terror activities in the northern Gaza Strip. He initiated, promoted, and approved terrorist activities and attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops. These included shootings, bombings, rocket launches, and terror attacks in Judea and Samaria. He was a leading figure in the planning and execution of the October 7th massacre.

Aiman Siam

Head of Hamas' Rockets Array. 

For approximately 15 years, Siam was a senior figure responsible for Hamas’ rocket forces, weapon inventories, and the guiding and directing of all Hamas' rocket launches into Israel. With extensive experience in Hamas’ military wing, Siam was a significant source of knowledge and active in previous conflicts between Hamas and Israel.

Wael Rajeb

Deputy Commander of Hamas’ Northern Gaza Brigade

Rajeb was responsible for the brigade's operations. In the past, Rajeb was the commander of the Hamas police in the northern Gaza Strip and later was the Commander of the Beit Lahia Battalion. He was a senior Hamas operative, connected to the brigade's battalion commanders.

Farsan Halifa

Senior operative in Hamas' Judea and Samaria Headquarters, head of the Tulkarm Committee

In the past, Halifa aided and was close to senior Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip. More recently, he was involved in the development of battalions and terror cells in the Nur Shams Camp. Halifa was eliminated during the strike in which Ahmed Ghandour and Aiman Siam were also eliminated.

Rafet Salman

Commander of the Combat Assistance Unit in the northern Gaza Strip, a senior operative of the Gaza City Brigade

In the past, he served as a deputy commander of the brigade in which he developed offensive capabilities for attacks against Israel. In this position, he was part of the planning of the paraglider's infiltration into Israel carried out by the Gaza City Brigade on October 7th.

Wessam Farhat

Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion Commander

Farhat began his command over the battalion in 2010 and commanded it during Operation “Protective Edge” - during which he ordered terrorists to target IDF soldiers in Shejaiya, including a dual attack that resulted in the deaths of six IDF soldiers. 

He took part in the planning of the October 7th massacre, during which, he directed Hamas “Nuhkba” terrorists to infiltrate the Nahal Oz Kibbutz and IDF post. In addition, Farhat was one of the masterminds of the 2002 terror attack on Mechinat Atzmona, in which five Israeli civilians were killed. Moreover, he was one of the masterminds of the anti-tank missile terror attack on a civilian bus in Nahal Oz in 2011, in which an Israeli child was killed. In 1995, while he was on his way to carry out a suicide attack in Israel, Farhat was apprehended by security forces and imprisoned in an Israeli prison for ten years. Following his return to Gaza, he worked in rocket production for the Hamas terrorist organization.

Abdel Aziz Rantisi

Senior terrorist operative from Hamas’ military intelligence unit

Rantisi had been responsible for field intelligence in the Gaza Strip and participated in the planning of the October 7th massacre. He was eliminated in an attack on Hamas’s central intelligence command center along with Ahmed Aiush, a terrorist operative from Hamas’ Carrara Battalion observation unit.

Emad Krikae

New commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion

Since 2019, Krikae had been the Deputy Commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion. He was previously responsible for anti-tank missile training in the Gaza City Brigade. Kirikae was also part of anti-tank missile fire and terrorist raids carried out inside Israeli territory. Following the elimination of the commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion during the war, Krikae temporarily assumed the position of battalion commander, before also being killed by the IDF.

Subhi Ferwana

Prominent Hamas financier

Ferwana was a prominent financier who, together with his brother, was involved in the transfer of tens of millions of dollars to the Hamas through their money exchange company, “Hamsat”, over the past few years. Ferwana was able to transfer funds to Hamas’ military wing as required for war and was aware that these funds would be vital for continuing the wing’s ability to fight. The funds were used - among other things - for intensification of military forces, the payment of terrorists’ salaries during the war, and to finance Hamas' war activities.

Hamas uses financiers in order to receive the funds that are transferred to the terrorist organization from Iran and various fundraising sources abroad. The money changers carry out the transfers using the netting and money laundering methods, while evading the international financial system.

Adil Mismah

Nukhba Company Commander of Deir al-Balah

Mismah commanded in the field Nukhba terrorists who carried out the brutal attack on Kibbutz Kissufim during Hamas’ October 7th invasion and massacre in southern Israel. He also directed Hamas terrorists to other communities in the area near the Gaza Strip, including Kibbutz Be’eri and Kibbutz Nirim. Following October 7th, Mismah led combat against IDF troops in the Gaza Strip.

Hassan Hakashah

Responsible for rocket launches by Hamas from Syria toward Israel

A central figure responsible for rockets fired by Hamas from Syrian territory toward Israel in recent weeks. Since the beginning of the war, Hakashah directed Hamas terrorist cells which fired rockets from Syria toward Israeli territory.

Ali Hussein Barji

Commander of the Southern Lebanon Region of Hezbollah's Aerial Unit

Ali led dozens of terror activities against Israel using explosive UAVs and surveillance UAVs against Israel and IDF soldiers. Ali also led the attack against the headquarters of the IDF Northern Command earlier today. Before his elimination, a launch cell belonging to Hezbollah's Aerial Unit which was on its way to launch explosive UAVs toward different locations in Israel was eliminated.

Ra’ad Thabat

Head of Manpower in Hamas’ Military Wing

Thabat was known to be among Hamas’ top 10 senior commanders and was responsible for R&D and strengthening systems, as well as being the head of Hamas’ Production Unit.

Ismail Al-Zin

Commander in the Anti-Tank Missile Unit of Hezbollah's Radwan Forces

Al-Zin was a significant source of knowledge regarding anti-tank missiles and was responsible for dozens of anti-tank missile attacks against Israeli civilians, communities and security forces.

Ali was considered to be a significant source of knowledge in the terrorist organization, and leader in the field of rockets. He was also one of the leaders for heavy-warhead rocket fire and responsible for conducting and planning attacks against Israeli civilians.

Whether they are an active part of assault companies and commando terrorist forces or ministers, every Hamas leader is responsible for the murder of Israeli and Palestinian civilians, arming children and exploiting civilian and humanitarian areas for terrorist purposes.

As part of the IDF’s mission of defense, it must target and eliminate

these leaders to maintain the safety of all civilians.
