Participants in the exercise included the General Staff Headquarters, the IDF's main headquarters and all forces from the General Staff down to the Battalion level.

All of the headquarters and forces exercised new processes in order to improve the cooperation and coordination between the headquarters and the forces in the field and to strengthen the IDF's offensive capabilities.

The exercise was overseen and directed by the Commanding Officer of Training and Exercises Directorate, Maj. Gen. Moti Baruch.

As part of the exercise, the 'Red Unit' was activated for the first time—the new enemy simulation unit of the Ground Forces.

The 99th Division, another multi-arena division that was established two months ago, participated in the exercise for the first time.  Among others, the special Multi-Dimensional Unit "Refaim" operated under the Division's command.

As part of the exercise, the 162nd Division conducted a division exercise to improve its capabilities and preparedness as a multi-arena division. The forces exercised in various battle scenarios and complex conditions.

The Israel Air Force (IAF) also participated and focused on inter-branch activity, protecting Israel's skies and maintaining air superiority. During the exercise, close air support was provided to maneuvering units, and coordination mechanisms were enhanced.

The Israeli Navy also took a significant part in the multi-service exercise in which field and staff units in the Navy simulated fighting in the northern arena, with an emphasis on attaining maritime superiority. The forces simulated protecting the economic waters of Israel, protecting the strategic assets at sea, enhancing their attacking capability and collecting intelligence on the enemy.

New planning and command and control monitoring abilities were incorporated by the Computer Service and Cyber Defense Directorate as part of the 'Circle of Fire' concept. The Electronic Warfare Section in the Cyber Defense Unit exercised providing new operational abilities to the forces in the field.

The exercise followed health procedures in order to maintain the well-being of all participants.
